"Fantastic experience! Our second time there. They squeezed us in last Friday (without a reservation), and the entire evening was amazing. Logan took great care of us. We sat outside, the service was outstanding, the food was delicious and we are still talking about it. What a fabulous evening. I had the 1/2 Rack of Lamb (be sure to ask for the mint sauce) and my husband had the Jumbo Shrimp & Diver Scallops. We will be back!"

"We had 6:30 reservations. Waited - Awhile. Salad arrived after one hour. Wrong entree thus waited another 20 minutes. Steak and pork chop were delicious. Mia was our server and she was THE BEST! Biggest negative was Vince, the owner. Seemingly patrolling the entire dining area. Vince needs to take ‘chill’ pill."

"We had great service here! The food came out quickly and we were attended to. But the food just didn’t cut it. The menu looked so promising!! The scallop appetizer had maybe 4 very very tiny scallops. Wiki wiki shrimp ended up being popcorn shrimp with bang bang sauce. Clam chowder was ok. The shrimp scampi pasta was very bland. The surf and turf (two shrimp on a steak) was very bland, cooked well but no seasoning, asparagus was inedible."

"Tucked away on Marco Island, Verdi's American Bistro offers a delightful dining experience, with everything freshly prepared. Their specialties include not only homemade pasta, but also Chilean Sea Bass, Rack of Lamb, and Prime Rib. My wife and I savored the Beet Salad and the Shrimp and Scallop Pasta, both utterly delicious. While parking can be a bit tricky, there is sometimes availability in the adjacent lot."

"We were here on my Birthday evening a few days ago. A mixed bag .. The good: They wrote Happy Birthday on our tablecloth and wished me a Happy Birthday. A nice touch. Server was quick to welcome us and walked through the specials. The rack of lamb was beautifully prepared and well flavored. The special for the night Shrimp Scampi was also a hit for a member of our party. The bad: They had the door open when we arrived (Thursday night dinner) and left it open for most of the meal service. Flies flew in and the restaurant was not as cool due to the door being open. The shrimp and scallops was sloppily assembled and not prepared like the expensive dish it was. Where was the care and distinctive flavors on this dish? The bigger issue was the wait staff. Our server, a seemingly nice woman who spoke Portuguese and Spanish, was thoroughly engrossed in another table that spoke Spanish. We barely saw here after they arrived. She was rushed and not clear with us on menu choices. Very disappointing. Never saw a manager or anyone else who asked how was our meals. We used to love Verdi’s, but they now lack a lot of appeal after this experience."
