"The location has a small patio, a large dining room, and a drive-through. There were only 2 people before me, but the wait for my (specialty) coffee took a VERY long time (I can only assume that drive-through customers were served at the expense of in-store customers. They misspelt my name in a ridiculous way."

"Slowest Starbucks of all time! Second in line and waited 30 minutes. Zero cares given! No sorry, no love! Avoid this one at all costs unless you like sitting around."

"Very disappointing experience. As we placed our order, a bicycle group of at least 15 people came in and ordered after us. We waited half an hour for our two drinks while they made and served drinks and food to all of the people in the bicycle group behind us. It was completely disorganized and they basically forgot our order by the time the other people were served AND finished their drinks and food. And to think we paid $30 US for two drinks and food and had to wait, completely forgotten about, for over half an hour. We reminded them TWICE about our order when we noticed the bike group was getting served before us, but still didn’t receive our two coffees until the whole group behind us had finished eating and drinking. I’ve always been a huge Starbucks customer, so this experience was a complete let down and no paying customer should have to go through this wait time or treatment."

"Be aware that management has a policy here which results in excessive wait times for in-store patrons. While busy season wait times are to be expected, 30 -45 minutes for a coffee is excessive. When asked why they aren’t informing in-store patrons about long wait times at the register, the manager’s response was, our district manager doesn’t allow us to do so and if we didn’t like it we should contact her. While this is probably an honest answer, standing and waiting for a coffee for 30+ minutes in a group of very angry customers while 3-4 mobile orders are made to every in-store order seems to be bad business. Customers were angry and voiced their displeasure as a group. Personally I tried the mobile app for 15 minutes before arriving and it rejected my order so there must have been an excessive back log. Answer to the problem—find a locally owned coffee shop like we did today 👍🏻"

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! EVERYTIME I GO THEY DONT DO MY DRINK RIGHT. THEY NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE WITH MORE EXPERIENCE AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING,"
