"Really a 4.5. If I had two “complaints”, it would be that the cheddar biscuits were not that good and that I wish my grouper had been bigger than 8oz (although it’s very big and meaty for 8oz!). I’ve never had grouper before and went with the blackened grouper based on our waiter Diego’s suggestion and boy, he did not steer me wrong! It was possibly the best fish I’ve ever had. It was almost like a steak. Please get a side of blackened shrimp to go with your grouper cause it paired together so well. Let me talk about the clam chowder: if this wasn’t the best clam chowder I’ve ever had, then it is surely the second best and it DEFINITELY had the BIGGEST chunks of clam I’ve ever had in a clam chowder. I absolutely loved it. For my side, I got the Mexican street corn which was very good, next time I might ask for the corn to be grilled even more. You can skip the cheddar biscuits, they (unfortunately) are nothing like and nowhere near as good as Red Lobster’s (which is very weird to say since everything else was so good). The gf got the Cobb salad which came with lump crabmeat and blackened shrimp, garden fresh tomatoes, fresh bleu cheese and a house made ranch dressing. Overall, this was easily the best meal I’ve had at the JW Marriott and if I ever come back to Marco island, I’m definitely coming back to Quinn’s."

"Fun to eat and drink while sitting next to the pool visiting! The food is a bit higher than normal, but to be expected with its location! The waitresses are friendly and outgoing! They know their menu front to back! Impressive staff! The food is wonderful and the drinks flow nicely! I heard no complaints from anybody about the food, drinks, or service! Nice job!"

"The food at Quinn’s is fresh & of great quality, but not worth dealing with the terrible service. You come here for the location, the view, the sunset & the fire guy (IYKYK!) Every time we’ve visited the service has been remarkably bad. They seem to be chronically understaffed resulting in overwhelmed staff, backed up orders and terrible service. It isn’t the staff’s fault, but it sure feels like the JW is just trying to make a buck by running it bare bones always. Our most recent visit was with a large party of 10 people. We were sure to get there early to get a table, and were delighted when we were sat close to the beach right away. Our waiter then took over 30 minutes to take our drink orders, and another 20ish before they even arrived. We put in our food and drinks at the same time, per the waiters advice, and everything still didn’t come out timely. Our appetizers never arrived, our meals were mostly incorrect and took an eternity to arrive. Then at the end of the meal a different server brought the appetizers out, with a confused look on his face as he looked at our table and realized we had already finished entrees and were packing up to leave. Between the missing apps, incorrect drinks and wrong meals we were missing a total of eight items, which is laughable for a restaurant that costs this much. One or two mistakes, fine… but 8? They said they were experiencing a computer issue but we’ve had similar experiences every time we’ve come so who knows. The waiter did the right thing and took it all off of our bill at the end but even that was incorrect and needed to be revised again until it matched what we actually received. Eat elsewhere then grab a drink at Kane’s. Skip Quinn’s, esp if you have hungry kiddos in tow. It’s not worth the disappointment."

"View: nice Service: nice but they always bring your apps and mains the same time which means your main will get cold by the time you get to it Food: really bad. The Grouper (seared) was dry and under seasoned. The pasta was ok. Clam chowder was decent. Cauliflower seemed to be deep fried with a batter seasoned with Tabasco and nothing else. The ceviche tasted like it was marinated in seawater smh. Lobster roll was decent."
