“The RUDEST manager ever, I did not expect this kind of treatment in this area. He was extremely condescending and treated us very poorly. I feel bad since we had friends from out of state visiting and they had to experience this kind of treatment as customers shame on him.”

“Dirtiest Dunkin Donuts we have ever been too. Just gross! Dust & cob webs hanging from the ceiling, nasty bathroom. The only good thing is our coffee was good & staff was nice.”

“Terrible, will never come back. Guy in front of us waited a long time for a toasted bagel, then they messed up our order, didn't have the right products to make our drinks, and then this is how they gave me my bagel with cream cheese... They scooped it out of the container and just put it on the bagel. Didn't spread it around and then when I asked the manager for a plastic knife so I could spread it she went to the back and started a conversation with an employee. I had to ask another employee for a knife. Severe lack of training and attention to detail. 7/11 coffee across the street would probably be a better choice if you don't want to go to Starbucks down the street.”

“Was are go to coffee while in Marco Island. Open early donuts and coffee were nice and fresh. Friendly staff.”

“Really bad experience. We are asked to get out stating it is 6. We were anyways leaving. They don’t have to shout. On the way out I was trying to ask a question, I got a really bad response from an old lady who was the staff and shut the door”
