"Customer service is TERRIBLE. The young girl taking our order rolled her eyes at us multiple times because we asked questions about what time they closed. They started closing at 9 when the store should actually close at 10. Multiple people came after us and were disappointed to see it was already closed. Ice cream was still amazing delicious, we just enjoyed it outside without the employees’ rudeness!"

"Recommendation order a signature creation, is cheaper and they have a lot of toppings compare to the one create your own. My mom order create your own and she didn't know that a topping was included (they also didn't told us) . The cookie Dough ice cream taste a little of peanut butter and the chocolate is not so strong"
