## Review Highlights
- Rupert A. - 2/5: This location is very popular as a sports bar with lots of TV screens
Ensure.
It has a mid-size dining room, a sit-in bar, and a small patio.
Since we came with someone with food allergies, we had to leave after it became abundantly clear that the server had exteremely poor knowledge of allergies and was not able to properly communicate with the kitchen on the topic and instill a sense of confidence that they can be on top of the issue.
I only bought a hot dog for the kid who did not want to wait till we went to another restaurant in the place.
The presentation of the hot dog was underwhelming, and I had to ask for condiments and napkins that were not offered with the take-out order.
- Greg B - 5/5: We visited 2 times for this place. I like the environment and the food. We had the grilled chicken tacos and the shrimp tacos on one visit for dinner. The 2nd time we had the philly cheesesteak and the grilled chicken tacos again for the wife. I thought the food was good and as you can see we went back again. I would recommend this place. The tv's were going with sports, the food was good and a nice, clean environment. You can choose to sit at the bar inside or outside on a covered patio. The weather was great and all was well. I would say that the beans and rice could use a little seasoning, but all the other food was great. The shrimp tacos were great and they did not skimp on the shrimp. I was full and content when we left the restaurant, but had a short walk back to the resort and hopefully burned some of those calories.
- Timothy Lynaugh - 3/5: For many years, when visiting Marco Island this has been the very first place we would visit for lunch or dinner. Their Grouper sandwich and Grouper basket were the best of all other options on the island. Burgers, and sandwiches were also top-notch. This year something changed.

Our first visit we found the Grouper was not fully cooked, and the fries were also not fully cooked. We tried again a couple days later and found the same result.

The restaurant itself needs a deep-clean, paint, and maintenance. They did bring in new tables/chairs outside, but that doesn’t help with the need to better maintain the exterior, interior, and restrooms.

Our servers have always been outstanding, and that hasn’t changed a bit!

We are hopeful the business reads this review and look more closely at what needs to be done.
