- Vincenzo Pappalardo - 5/5: This is truly a hidden gem. The place looks a bit dated in a retro way but it’s a vibe and more importantly VERY CLEAN. The rooms were also very spacious. The staff was the best, going out of their way to help us have a great stay. The location is ideal as it’s near the water and close by to the beach. So glad I found this place.
- Laura Popkin - 5/5: Had a wonderful experience staying at The Boathouse! The front desk woman and the owner are extremely friendly and made it easy for us to grab our key after hours. The room was clean with comfortable beds! They are large rooms with a sitting area and little kitchen that have both a fridge and microwave! There’s an Keurig machine with mugs for a nice morning coffee without having to leave the room if you choose. Our room featured a walk in closet and large bathroom counter space, which I found nice so my husband and I weren’t tripping on each other in the bathroom. We highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again when we come back to Marco island!!
- Sharon Torcasio - 5/5: The boat house motel is very clean. The staff is very friendly.  I could sit on the dock  and watch the dolphins swim by every day.  The motel is in a good location to restaurants and shopping. I would recommend the boathouse motel to anyone wanting a very nice place to stay on Marco Island
