“Great place to stay if you can find an owner willing to do a weekly rental of the condos. Very quiet and relaxing, right on the beach. If for some weird reason you hate clean, quiet beaches and sunshine with spacious 2 bed, 2bath condos then this would not be the place for you. Try North Dakota instead”

“I grew up coming here every year. It always seems to just get better every time. The beautiful beach, and awesome spot to stay a week to relax ! Super clean and comfortable. They always have something going which makes you feel welcomed. Everyone is super friendly and happy it’s just such a wonderful place to get away and hit the reset button on your life for a little while. If you havent made the decision, let me make it for you. Book the trip. It’s worth it.”

“The property is okay, the staff is friendly but the furniture seems to be a bit dated and needs to be upgraded. Also our refrigerator needed to be refinished; the paint on it was peeling badly. I expected more from Hilton Grand Vacations. Avoid this place unless you like drab”

“Needless to say Marco Island is a dream, the beach makes it easier to fall in love with the west coast. The rooms can be a bit remodeled and same for the outside but it's still nice. Walking down to the beach was awesome. The chairs and umbrellas should be included in the room rental. Don't know if it was housekeeping at it really early but gosh the noise coming from the room next door was somewhat annoying. Overall beautiful stay!!!!”
