- Christine McNamara - 5/5: Our recent stay at the Inn was really terrific. We stayed in unit 407 and the room was spotless and housekeeping service was very good. The pool is nice size and heated. The restaurants nearby were also very good. A big shout out to Oz Ozbek for wonderful customer service and assistance. Really want above and beyond. Highly recommend and would stay again.
- Tracey Brown - 1/5: I was excited to stay here when visiting my 86 year old father who is very ill. The day I was scheduled to go I woke up with 103 and tested positive for the flu-obviously I could not expose him. Understanding their cancellation policy, I called to cancel and asked if there was anything they could do for me. I was told if they booked the room I could get my deposit refunded. Very late that night, I went to their website and tried to book that type of room. There was no availability for the next 6 nights. I called the next morning to ask if the room was booked-I gave them the room number-and was told that yes, it had been booked and the manager would call me back about the refund. No call received. The next day I called again to get the refund processed and was told that “now that I understand the request, I made a mistake and the room is not booked”. Again, I checked and there was no availability in that type of room. I absolutely understand the policy, but now I know they are just full of cr*p. It’s too bad, because it’s a great location and I will be heading to Marco at least once a month to visit with my father. I will NOT stay here.
- Jennifer V - 3/5: Over all nice place. The room was very nice and fit our family well. We were told that we had to give a days notice for maid service, so we did. The first time we purposefully left just before we were told they would be there, after being gone for about 2 hrs we went back to find out they didn't arrive. We had to request every day for new towels and beach towels. We never received the beach towels, but thankfully we did get new towels. Since maid service didn't arrive like was planned they said they would come the next day. I asked for a time and was never given a time. So we were at the hotel when they arrrived the second day so no serivce again. We were there over New Years and the shops next door (I should say connected), had a party going on on NYE and the Monday night before. On Monday thankfully they were done playing loud music at 9, but on NYE it was after 1 and I had kids who were tired and just wanted to go to bed. Nice it was close, but I would have rather walked to the party vs it being next door. Our last night at the Inn the elevator stopped working. We did find that everything we wanted to do was south of us so we always drove. We said the room was nice, but we would not stay there again because of location.
