Clean, comfortable and the kitchenette was awesome. Screened in patio all to ourselves off our room was perfect to sit and talk about our day exploring the beaches. Thank you!!
- Eric J - 1/5: We booked this property based on the generally favorable reviews we read on Hotels.com, but to our surprise, it was far below our expectations. We typically don’t mind basic accommodations as long as they are comfortable, but unfortunately, this hotel didn’t even meet those basic standards.

The walls were incredibly thin, and we could hear everything—voices, footsteps, and noises from both the room next door and below. The room furnishings and bed were of poor quality, and the bed itself was small and uncomfortable. None of the kitchen drawers closed properly, and the kitchen lacked basic amenities like a frying pan.

What ultimately led us to leave after just one night was the overpowering smell of marijuana smoke coming from the a neighboring room. To make matters worse, construction started on-site before 8 a.m. - they are renovating the downstairs units, which was not noted on their website.

We reached out to Hotels.com to request a refund and asked them to contact the property on our behalf, but no one answered the the emergency number we were provided. Additionally, the front desk wasn’t open until 9:30 a.m.—well after we had already left the property.

Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and the lack of support from management. Marco Island is a gorgeous place with many accommodation options to choose from - we strongly advise potential guests to STRONGLY consider other options.

My husband and I were excited for a relaxing time on Marco Island, but unfortunately, this property missed the mark. The walls were so thin we could hear every word, step, and sneeze from neighboring rooms adjacent and below us. The bed was small and uncomfortable, and the kitchen was poorly equipped—no frying pan / basic kitchen amenities, and drawers that were wonky and wouldn't close properly.

A strange vibe here overall - our neighbor kept their door open, (awkward to walk past each time), smelly weed scent (likely from the neighbors), plus early-morning construction in the parking lot. We decided to leave after one night since we came to relax.

Marco Island is beautiful, but this property felt like a fixer-upper. Next time, we’ll choose one of the many other great options on the island.
