Not what it once was. Well kept clean rooms right on the beautiful white sand beaches of Marco Island. Umbrella and chairs at the beach provided depending on the unit (also valet service depending on the unit). This is no longer a hotel as the units have been sold as condos to individual owners. The name has been changed to Marco Beach Ocean Suites to reflect the change in services. No more room or beach/poolside service, towels, or water at the beach (as was in the past). You aren't even allowed to use the bathrooms at the beach grill area. Beach/pool towels are provided in the rooms which you have to take to the pool/beach yourself. If you want a full service hotel, skip this place and book a room at the adjacent Marriott or Hilton hotels.

Giving 3 stars because we expected a 4-5 star experience based on price/location. We stayed here through an air bnb. Just my wife and I. Room was average although clean. One elevator was down, wich lead to longer than normal wait times. As a guest, we were not allowed to use the restroom at the beach bar (closest to beach) so had to go inside. Also had construction going on the room above us so that was annoying in the morning. Pool was heated and clean. Hot tub was good. Complimentary chairs and umbrella at the beach was nice. No on site restaurant options, bar closed at random times seems like. Overall, would chose another spot to go back to.

This was once a nice hotel back in 2018. It is NOT a hotel now it's an Airbnb. We were so excited to go back to have a relaxing vacation only to find only 2 other people staying there. No onr told us it was an Airbnb. no one told us there was No room service, No restaurants or food/drink service available at the resort anymore and my baby found pills on the floor. Luckily we left and found an actual hotel. Do yourself a favor book somewhere else for an enjoyable vacation!!

We stayed here for 3 days. Staff treats you like a bother. Our TV only had 1 channel in Spanish. PS we don’t speak Spanish The shower when it had warm water sprays the entire room. Only cold water 1st morning we got here. When we called to report issues they responded but acted like they couldn’t fix anything. This is not a resort not service bar open until 4 and told we could leave the bar or take to our room. They told us they are not part of the hotel and they really don’t get along with the owner. . Don’t waist your money. Overall makes us not in a hurry to return to Marco Island. This was a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

Use to stay there all the time. They WERE fantastic, but they are now horrible. There is a feud going on within owner/investor I believe and that has turned the property into a absolute dump. I question the folks that are giving the property high marks as it seems impossible to be true. No beach service, no halfway bar - if you want the Motel 6 of Marco Island, you’re found it.
