- Michael Tosh - 3/5: Would not go back. Place is nice but the main thrust is business meetings rather than families. They have a pool for children and one for adults. They closed the adult pool for a corporate event WITHOUT notifying guests. Very disappointed as the pool was an important part of our stay. There are also two other pools on the property and we could not use them as a substitute. Very low class thing to do. I will not forget this and will avoid Marriott the way I avoid Boeing planes.
- Rebecca Yiengst - 5/5: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Marco Island, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their service was impeccable, always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with anything we needed.

The golf experience at Hammock Bay was incredible. The course was beautifully maintained, offering both a challenging and scenic round of golf. It was definitely a highlight of the trip!

The on-site restaurants were delicious, offering a variety of dining options to suit different tastes. Whether it was a casual meal by the beach or a more refined dinner, the quality of food was consistently excellent. Additionally, the convenience of having more restaurants and bars within walking distance was a huge plus, giving us plenty of options for dining and evening entertainment.

One of the standout features was the ease of booking and managing our photography session. The process was simple, and the photos we received were fantastic—capturing memories of our stay in such a beautiful setting.

Overall, the JW Marriott Marco Island is the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and convenience. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a top-tier getaway. Can't wait to return!
- Annie Moosa - 5/5: Beautiful resort, clean beach, amazing service! Most importantly, if you have allergies or children with allergies, this resort takes amazing care of you. The systems they have in place to ensure food safety at all restaurants including pool and beach side is top notch. The peace of mind I had with my kids eating was unmatched. Will recommend this resort to anyone, especially if you have anyone with allergies! Special thanks to concierge Janine Azar who connected us to senior head Sousa chef Jennifer Mariani who touched base, organized, and followed up with anything we needed. 🙏
