“A great spot on the beach for families to vacation at the ocean. Pure beauty and comfort with all you need. I wish they had in unit laundry but it is upstairs at $2 per load in each machine.”

“The club itself is great; the staff are very hospitable and friendly, and the beach is amazing. But some of the guests that stay there are not of good element. A lot of entitlement attitudes and makes a day at the beach somewhat not pleasant, especially when they are encroaching in your space and feel as if they are entitled to do so and no one doesn't do anything about it.”

“We've visited this beautiful resort during the pandemic and had a wonderful experience! Of course, it was short staffed but this was because of the pandemic. The resort is gorgeous! Oh this is probably the smallest resort on Marco's island. However, they have private access to the beach. The villas are equipped with everything that you need to enjoy your stay. The villas furniture was a bit outdated but do you have a great space for a family vacation. Can't wait to revisit.”

“Lovely suite and comfortable setup. It truly feels like a home away from home. We had the 2 bed suite located on the beach and the view was perfect. All you hear are the sounds of the ocean and the wildlife in the vicinity. The pool area is beautiful and all together the resort is visually pleasing. The beach access is literally right in front of you and also a great area for shelling. The Regency definitely has made a return guest out of me.”

“The worst experience ever and the most disgusting rooms the rooms were all dirty and used and never sanitized before our arrival there was urine in the toilet and I had to clean it because the cleaning crew missed our room on their list and when we approached the manager we were offered a 50.00 voucher for my services of cleaning the bathrooms and also washing all the sheets, pillows and blankets. When I became upset and felt insulted he then said that he doesn't owe me an explanation and that I'm just a renter and not the owner. I would add pictures but the site wont accept the pictures because its not to their liking DONT RENT HERE, manager VERY VERY RUDE”
