"I’m in town for Xmas. Was dreading trying to sign up to a gym for a week. Thought that weekly membership would be a drag or extortionate or impossible. On my first visit I was working out within 10 minutes of arrival. Super friendly staff, fantastic quality equipment, clean and tidy. 2 squat racks - very impressive setup! Couldn’t be happier!"

"Great location and equipment pretty much what ever you need from the gym XFS has you covered and the price is an extra incentive to be less lazy about fitness. I've gone at all different times of the day, and it's not busy to the point of inconvenient weight ( ha ) times."

"It's clean. Has enough equipment for a good workout, assuming the crowd is as small as today, otherwise, would be a little limited. And locker room is small relative to size of workout area. Clientele is mixed: Half seem to be there to socialize. Half seem to be serious. Expensive for a day pass or membership. No towel service, but it does have sauna/steam. Extra charge for hydro massage bed and of course for an actual massage. It's clearly targeting high end customers, not people who just want to work out. Probably a 4 or 5 for the rich socializers who want to say they went to the gym, a 2 or 3 for serious people. I'm the latter, so I will give a 3."

"I have been a member of various gyms throughout my life (Life Time Fitness, Anytime Fitness, SNAP) and this was hands down the best gym experience I have ever had. My mom and grandmother joined for a week along with myself as we were down in Marco for a sweet getaway. They have equipment for all ages and by day 3 the staff was greeting us by name. The infared sauna and steam are a fantastic addition to this gym. The area is immaculate, clean, and open! The equipment is flawless and readily available. It is tempting to want to move down to Marco, not only for the great weather, sun and beaches - but for Xcel Fitness and Spa! Thank you for such a great experience!"
